Masters level

With this package, you receive:

Price £950 along with contributions to our delegate and competition/award prize winner Goody Bag Gifts and a raffle prize for our Charity. A product of a minimum value of £15 RRP is kindly welcomed for delegates and prize winners please.

Sponsors who are not exhibiting in the mini-market are kindly invited to send their goody bag gifts, prizes and raffle donations to Julie Knight at World Lash University at 21 Crystal Way, Bradley Stoke, Bristol. BS32 8GA United Kingdom by the 23rd April 2023.

WLU Market Place

We will be hosting a mini-market place expo in the large Pavilion room that’s right next door to our conference room. This is where beverages and lunch will be served during the day. Our Exhibitors will be our amazing WLU sponsors.

Following Registration, our guests will be ushered into the Market Place to network and meet our sponsors. They will be invited to visit each stall to receive their goody gift, thereby giving sponsors an amazing opportunity to showcase and sell their products before the seminars start. They’ll be morning and afternoon breaks along with an hour long lunch where are guests will return to the Market Place.

Early access will be available to set up. You will receive an Information Pack with more details.

Degree Sponsors

Are welcome to have a stall at a discounted rate of £100.

Stall holder staff/teams who are not Ticket Holders

Day event: Market Place only

A small charge of £50 per team member is required if they are staying during the day. They will be able to enjoy lunch and beverages and we can arrange for them to have lunch before our guests so that they are free and ready to run your stalls during the extended lunch break so you can maximise engagement and sales!

Please note: Non-ticket holders will not have access to our Conference room speakers or masterclass workshops.

Evening event: Awards Gala

If you would like your team to stay on and enjoy the Awards gala evening with you, we can offer a reduced rate of £80 per team member where they too can enjoy our drinks reception, 3 course meal and have some party time!
